Refund & Cancellation Policy

01. Our Commitment

At SABLE & DUSK, each acquisition is treated with care and consideration. This policy explains the cancellation and refund arrangements applicable to digital fine art, bespoke physical artwork and professional installation services.

SABLE & DUSK is a trading name of APEX CREATIVE LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 15284942.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

02. Digital Artwork

Digital artwork is ordinarily made available to the collector following successful payment, through secure digital delivery or collector account access.

Where a collector expressly consents to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledges that their statutory cancellation right will be lost, the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right will cease once supply begins, provided all applicable legal requirements are satisfied, including the required contract confirmation.

The collector's purchase provides the personal-use licence described in our Terms & Conditions. Copyright and intellectual property rights are not transferred unless expressly agreed in writing.

03. Exceptional Digital Refunds

Although digital acquisitions may no longer be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation once supply begins under the conditions described above, we may consider discretionary refunds in exceptional circumstances.

Such requests are reviewed individually and do not guarantee approval. This discretion does not affect any refund, repair or other remedy required by law, including where digital content is faulty or does not conform to the contract.

04. Bespoke Physical Artwork

SABLE & DUSK may offer physical artwork produced to a collector's individual specifications, including commissioned paintings, bespoke reproductions, custom dimensions, materials and finishes.

Where artwork is genuinely made to the collector's specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right generally does not apply.

Standard physical artwork that does not fall within a legal cancellation exception may be subject to the applicable statutory cancellation period. Any relevant return instructions, costs and conditions will be communicated before purchase.

Bespoke commission terms, production milestones, deposits and any agreed cancellation charges will be confirmed in writing before the commission is accepted.

05. Physical Artwork: Faults and Damage

If physical artwork arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match its description, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs where possible.

We will assess the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection law and provide the remedy to which you are entitled, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund as appropriate.

06. Installation Services

Professional installation services may be offered under a separate written quotation and agreement. This will specify the scope of work, location, scheduling, pricing and any applicable cancellation arrangements.

Where a statutory service cancellation period applies, collectors may exercise that right in accordance with the law. If the collector expressly requests work to begin during that period, reasonable charges may be payable for services supplied before cancellation, where legally permitted and properly disclosed.

If the service is fully performed during the cancellation period, the cancellation right may be lost only where the relevant statutory conditions have been met.

07. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved or legally required, we will confirm the amount and method of repayment. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Statutory refund deadlines will be observed wherever applicable.
